GENERAL GUIDELINES & INFORMATION
1. Application Deadline: May 21, 2024. A maximum of 40 artists will be selected for the show due to space constraints at SOPA Square. Artists wishing to participate will be placed on a waiting list should another venue in the Pandosy area come available for the art show.
2. The Imagine Pandosy Art Festival is a juried show. Every artist who applies will be juried each year.

4. Artist Participants:
a) Tables will not be provided.
b) Art Show Fee: $65 if you require grid display walls. $50 if you supply your own grid display walls.
Included in the $65 fee are four art display walls (each wall is 2 feet x 6 feet) for hanging work. Artists are to provide their own tables if they choose. Artists will be responsible for the set up of their artwork and take down on the day of the show. You will be .
6. By participating in the art show there is risk of potential damage to your work. The Imagine Pandosy Art Festival or SOPA Square accept no responsibility for accidents/loss/damages.
7. Price of Artwork: We ask all artists to set the price for which they would like to sell their artwork recognizing this is a community event. There is no guarantee that your work will sell. Proceeds of the sale of works will be to the artist. However donations to the Pandosy Neighbourhood Association are always appreciated to help cover the costs of the festival. Donation cheques can be made out to Pandosy Neighbourhood Association.
8. Sale Transactions: Artists are responsible for all sales transactions and packing of artwork. There is no WiFi and no electricity available.

- Include two images of your artwork with your application form in jpeg format.
- Applications will be reviewed by members of the Imagine Pandosy Art Festival Committee. Artists will be notified by email if their artwork is selected for the festival. If accepted, a location in SOPA Square will be assigned to you to show your work. Upon acceptance, you will be notified how to pay your application fee.

- This application will take 15-30 minutes to complete. Please ensure you have the time and are prepared with all your information and image files to submit. Fields with * are mandatory.
- Please ensure the actual image files are individually named, no larger than 10MB in size (per image) and saved as a jpeg.
- This form needs to be completed in one session. Have all materials prepared to avoid timing out of the form and losing information. Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection while completing this form.
